溃疡性结肠炎发病中白介素水平的变化

目的 了解白介素（IL）在溃疡性结肠炎发病中的作用。方法 通过免疫组化方法及自动图像分析仪定量检测溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道不同病变部位、不同病情程度以及不同治疗效果的肠黏膜活检组织中IL－1、IL－4、IL－6和IL－8的表达。结果 溃疡性结肠炎患者与肿瘤组和正常组相比，IL－1、IL－6和IL－8在肠黏膜中的表达水平显著升高，IL－4水平则显著降低。溃疡性结肠炎患者受累黏膜的IL－1、IL－6和IL－8水平明显高于未受累黏膜，IL－4则显著降低。中度溃疡性结肠炎患者L－6和IL－8水平明显高于轻度患者，IL－4则相反。IL－1、IL－6和IL－8在溃疡性结肠炎缓解组明显低于未缓解组。结论 IL－1、IL－4、IL－6和IL－8与溃疡性结肠炎的发病有关，可作为评估病情和疗效的指标之一。

Changes of Interleukin Level in Ulcerative Colitis Patients

Purpose To find out the effects of interleukin(IL) on the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods The level of IL in the intestine mucosa of UC patients was tested by immunohistochemistry method. Results The level of IL?1,IL?6 and IL?8 in mucosa of colon of UC patients were much higher than that of patients with neoplasms of the colon and normal controls,whereas IL?4 were much lower .The expression of IL?1,IL?6 and IL?8 of UC patients were much higher in involve mucosa than in uninvolved mucosa,and IL?4 was much lower.The level of IL?6 and IL?8 in moderate grade UC patients were much higher than low grade.The level of IL?1,IL?6 and IL?8 were much lower in patients with remission than without remission. Conclusions IL may play an important role in the pathogenesis of UC and may be used as an clinical index to evaluate the severity and curative effect of UC.
