皖北地区强直性脊柱炎的活动性与HLA-B27的关联性研究

目的:研究人类白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)与强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)活动性的关联性。方法:采用酶联吸附免疫法测定AS患者HLA-B27定性,分析其与AS病情活动度的关联性。结果:男性AS患者以B27阳性多见,女性患者以阴性多见,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。首发症状中B27阳性组多累及中轴关节,阴性组多累及外周关节。B27阳性组和阴性组比较,初诊时活动性更高,血沉及C反应蛋白差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。治疗后3个月和6个月血沉、C反应蛋白两组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组年龄差异无统计学意义。结论:皖北地区AS B27与性别相关。AS病情严重性与B27相关,更难控制。

Correlation between HLA-B27 antigens and ankylosing spondylitis in the Han nationality of north Anhui
