分析了新时期人文素质教育对医学生的培养、改善医患关系、改善基层医疗现状等方面的重要意义,提出加强医学生人文素质教育要从整个育人环境、校园文化、硬件设施、师资队伍和学生实践等多方面着手。

Discussion of Humanities Quality-oriented Education of Medical Students

This paper discusses the significance of humanities quality-oriented education in training medical students,improving doctor-patient relation and accordingly improving the poor health care status at the grass-root level.The author argues that medical students' humanities quality-oriented education must be enhanced in the follow aspects: education environment,campus culture,facilities construction,teachers' quality and students' practice.
