| 摘 要： | １５例糖尿病患者施行中型或大型妇科手术，全部安全渡过围手术期。指出糖尿病患者手术时其危险性明显增加，对中度、重度糖尿病患者术前应行降血糖治疗，使血糖浓度控制在７．２８－８．９ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ为好。术中、术后密切监护，积极控制并发症是糖尿病患者手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | ajor or middle gynecologic surgical operations were performed on 15 cases with dia-betes. They were safe during peri-operation period. It is emphasaied that riskness increasedapparently for the cases. Therapy of decreasing blood glucose concentration must be per-formed before operation for serious or middle type diabetes so as to keep blood glucose conce-traction between 7. 28 and 8. 9 mmol/L. It is a successful key of the operation that patientsare monitored closly and complications should be prevented during peri-operation period. |
