| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白细胞介素12B(IL 12B)基因1188A/C位点多态性与山东汉族人群慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）易感性的关系。方法采用PCR RFLP法对324例COPD患者和389例健康人IL 12B基因1188A/C位点多态性进行分型，对等位基因及基因型分布进行统计学分析。结果IL 12B基因1188A/C多态位点AA、AC、CC基因型频率在病例组中分别为0.333?3、0.478?4和0.188?3，在对照组中分别为0.357?3、0.475?6和0.167?1，A和C等位基因型的频率在病例组中分别为0.572?5和0.427?5，在对照组分别为0.595?1和0.404?9，该位点基因型和等位基因型分布在病例组与对照组P值分别为0.689，0.389，差异均无统计学意义。结论IL 12B基因1188A/C位点多态性与山东汉族人群COPD发生无明显相关性。
