SARS患者治疗前后血象的变化

目的探讨SARS(severeacuterespiratorysyndrome)患者综合治疗的血象变化,为治疗和防范提供指导意义。方法运用全自动血细胞检测仪CD3700,检测72例SARS患者治疗前后血象的变化,包括白细胞(WBC)、白细胞分类计数(DC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)等项目。结果SARS患者患病和治疗过程中观察发现,病人感染后经过2～12d潜伏期后发病,发病3～6d后,血象结果发生变化,出现明显WBC下降(P<0.01),中性粒细胞分类比例显著下降(P<0.01),淋巴细胞分类比例出现显著性增高(P<0.01),RBC、HB、以及RBC相关参数没有显著性变化(P>0.05);经抗菌、抗病毒类,并结合升白细胞治疗后,WBC有显著上升(P<0.01),WBC分类中,粒细胞比例增加,淋巴细胞比例降低,与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论SARS患者经综合治疗后的血象指标变化可以监测患病后病情的发展变化以及治疗效果观察,为临床诊断及预后效果等提供辅助指导意义。

Changes in Blood Parameters of SARS Patients Before and After Treatment

Objective To study the clinical significance of the changes of blood parameters of the SARS before and after combined treatment. Methods Blood parameters include white blood cell(Leukocyte, WBC), red blood cell(Erythrocyte, RBC), and Hemoglobin(HB) were analyzed by CD3700 before and after treatment of 72 SARS patients. Results The incubation period of SARS patients were from two to twelve days. The results show remarkable changes after three to six days of the onset of AP. There was a significant decrease in WBC(P< 0.01). The ratio of neutrophiles was decreased but the ratio of lymphocytes was increased(P< 0.01). However, the RBC, HB and the related parameters showed no significant changes(P >0.05). After a combined anti bacteria, anti virus and elevation of white blood cell treatments, the WBC was significantly increased(P< 0.01). In the WBC, the ratio of neutrophiles increased and the ratio of lymphocytes decreased(P< 0.01). Conclusion The changes of blood parameters are important for the prognosis of SARS and good indicators to reveal the effectiveness of treatment.
