| 摘 要： | B型超声能准确可靠地测出IUD在子宫内的位置,本研究对300名育龄妇女于术前及术后即刻应用B超测得子宫各径线共10条,术后定期随访复测上述径线并与首测值比较,结果本地区妇女置器后IUD上缘到宫底之距离>20mm或随访时比首测值>5mm者,可诊断为IUD下移的参考标准。

| Abstract: | By useing B Type Ultrasongraphy wecan correctly determine the place of the IUD in the uterus cavity. In order to increase the continuation rates of the IUD,we must begin from the opertion.Increasing the arrival rates of the IUD during the operation and founding the completely or partly descent of the IUD immediately after the operation. This study is to show B Type ultrasongraphy for the numeral value of the ten lines of the uterus cavity before and after the operation,observed in a total number of 300 cases women in child bearing age ,checked and compared the numeral value of the aforesaid lines regularly after the operation. The result demonstrated that in local area if the distance from the upper IUD to the end of the uterue was more than 20mm or increased more than 5mm,then the descent of the IUD can be defined. |
