替普瑞酮治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

目的观察替普瑞酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效。方法将90例慢性浅表性胃炎患者按有无Hp感染分为两组,Hp阳性组46例,Hp阴性组44例。均予替普瑞酮50mg,3次/d,饭后口服,疗程为8周。8周后复查症状、胃镜、病理和副作用。结果90例慢性浅表性胃炎患者中,治疗后替普瑞酮对临床症状缓解上腹饱胀总有效率为94%,对恶心为80%,嗳气为84%,烧心为84%,反酸为79%,上述症状总有效率为94%。而Hp阴性组总有效率90.8%,Hp阳性组总有效率93.2%,两组症状缓解无显著差异（P〉0.05）。8周后经胃镜及组织病理学检查,黏膜炎症明显改善,而不良反应轻微。Hp阳性组治疗后仍为阳性,对组织病理学的改变不明显。结论替普瑞酮作为一种胃黏膜保护剂,是治疗老年慢性浅表性胃炎的安全、有效的药物。

Efficacy of Teprenone in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis in the elderly

Objective To observe the efficacy of Teprenone in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis in the elderly.Methods 90 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were divided into two groups according to Hp status,Hp( ) consisted of 46 patients,Hp(-) consisted of 44 patients.All patients took Teprenone three times a day after eating for 8 weeks.The patients were followed 8 weeks after treatment,symptoms,endoscopy,pathology and side-effect were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate for superior abdomen distention,nausea,belching,heartburn,sour regurgitation were 94%,80%,84%,84%and 79%respectively,the total effective rate was 94%;the total effective rate in Hp(-) group was 90.8%while it was 93.2%in Hp( ) group,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The gastric mucosal inflammation was alleviated and the side-effect was mild;in Hp( ) patients,the status can not be changed and pathological changes can not be reversed.Conclusion As a mcosal potective aent,Teprenone is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis in the elderly.
