椎间孔镜联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：观察椎间孔镜联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：通过观察132例腰椎间盘突出症患者使用椎间孔镜联合臭氧治疗前后腰腿疼痛及肢体功能改善的情况，评价椎间孔镜联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。术前、术后及末次随访时采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估疼痛程度；采用日本骨科协会评估治疗分数（JOA）评估腰椎功能改善情况。结果：治愈15例，显效72例，有效37例，总有效率为93.9%。所有患者腰痛VAS评分从术前的（7.16±2.32）分下降到（1.63±1.37）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；JOA评分从术前（11.71±4.63）分上升到（25.47±3.22）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：椎间孔镜联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有疗效满意、疼痛程度及腰椎功能改善明显、不破坏脊柱的稳定性等优点。

Observe Therapeutic Effect of Transforamtional Endoscopic Combine with Ozone in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniations

Objective：To observe therapeutic effect of transforamtional endoscopic combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniations.Method：132 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with transforaminal endoscopic combined with ozone,the lumbocrural pain and improvement in limb function were observed,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. The preoperative,the degree of pain of postoperative and the last follow-up were assessed by Visual Analogue Scales,and the the improvement of limb function was evaluated by Japanese Orthopaedic Associatio. Result：15 cases were cured,effective in 72 cases,effective 37 cases,the . effective rate was 93.9%. All patients with low backache VAS from preoperative（7.16±2.32）was reduced to（1.63±1.37）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）;and JOA score from preoperative（11.71±4.63）was rised to（25.47±3.22）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Transforamtional endoscopic combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation shows much advantages,such as satisfactory curative effect,the degree of pain and lumbar function improved obviously and without damaging the spinal stability.
