摘    要:目的:探讨外周血管超声教学中的难点及规范化教育模式,提高血管超声教学效果。方法:在血管超声教学中注重对血管解剖及血流动力学基础知识的教学,着重进行规范化操作培训,强调全面扫查。建立“上下游”观念,建立健全建立良好的思维方式,并在教学中进行双向教学,反馈循序渐进提高学员诊断水平,提升教师教学水平。结果:超声诊断在外周血管疾病的诊断、治疗及随访中扮演重要角色。通过多种措施综合应用措施可以推进外周血管超声教学。结论:教学模式革新、提升教学质量、规范化培训是血管超声诊断教学的关键。

Teaching Difficult and Standardized Training of Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound

Abstract:Objective:To discuss difficulties in vascular ultrasound teaching procedures,to probe the standardized education model,and to improve the effect of vascular ultrasound teaching.Method:The basic knowledge of vessel anatomy and hemodynamics in vascular ultrasound teaching was emphasized,the training of standardized operation was stressed,underlining comprehensive was scan. The concept of“upstream and downstream”was framed and a sound way of thinking was developed;besides,the feedback mechanism in teaching was established and improved, gradually increased students’capacity of diagnosing and teachers’capacity of teaching.Result:Vascular ultrasound played an important role in the diagnosis,treating and follow-up of peripheral vascular diseases. Used various methods comprehensively could contribute to the teaching.Conclusion:It’s the key to the vascular ultrasound teaching procedures to innovate teaching methods,improving teaching quality and normalizing training.
