外周血管超声的教学难点与规范化培训

目的：探讨外周血管超声教学中的难点及规范化教育模式,提高血管超声教学效果。方法：在血管超声教学中注重对血管解剖及血流动力学基础知识的教学,着重进行规范化操作培训,强调全面扫查。建立“上下游”观念,建立健全建立良好的思维方式,并在教学中进行双向教学,反馈循序渐进提高学员诊断水平,提升教师教学水平。结果：超声诊断在外周血管疾病的诊断、治疗及随访中扮演重要角色。通过多种措施综合应用措施可以推进外周血管超声教学。结论：教学模式革新、提升教学质量、规范化培训是血管超声诊断教学的关键。

Teaching Difficult and Standardized Training of Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound

Objective：To discuss difficulties in vascular ultrasound teaching procedures,to probe the standardized education model,and to improve the effect of vascular ultrasound teaching.Method：The basic knowledge of vessel anatomy and hemodynamics in vascular ultrasound teaching was emphasized,the training of standardized operation was stressed,underlining comprehensive was scan. The concept of“upstream and downstream”was framed and a sound way of thinking was developed;besides,the feedback mechanism in teaching was established and improved, gradually increased students’capacity of diagnosing and teachers’capacity of teaching.Result：Vascular ultrasound played an important role in the diagnosis,treating and follow-up of peripheral vascular diseases. Used various methods comprehensively could contribute to the teaching.Conclusion：It’s the key to the vascular ultrasound teaching procedures to innovate teaching methods,improving teaching quality and normalizing training.
