老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折采用中西医综合疗法治疗效果探讨

目的：探析老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折采用中西医综合疗法的治疗效果及其应用价值。方法：选取于2012年6月-2013年6月本院骨科收治的156例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压骨折患者的临床资料进行分析。按治疗方法不同将患者分为两组，其中试验组90例运用中西医综合疗法治疗，对照组66例单纯应用西医治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后骨密度、治疗效果、患者满意度等情况。结果：试验组治疗前骨密度（-3.32±0.52），治疗后（-1.01±0.08）；总有效率100%，治疗满意率100%。对照组治疗前骨密度（-3.19±0.60），治疗后（-1.45±0.12）；总有效率78.79%（52/66），治疗满意率75.76%（50/66）。治疗后，试验组的骨密度、治疗效果、患者满意度均明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医综合治疗能够显著提高治疗效果。西医通过手术方法能够在短时间内恢复骨折部位，而结合中医方法能够显著提高骨密度，从根本上杜绝骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折，标本兼治，值得推广。

Effect Discussion on Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy for Treating Aged Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect and its application value of Chinese and western medicine therapy on elderly osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.Method：The clinical data of 156 cases of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were analyzed. They were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods. The experimental group（n=90）was treated with Chinese and western medicine treatment;the control group（n=66）only used western medicine treatment method. Before and after treatment,bone mineral density,treatment effect,patient satisfaction,and so on of the two groups were compared.Result：Before treatment,the experimental group’bone mineral density was（-3.32±0.52）,and after treatment was（-1.01±0.08）;effective rate was 100%,treatment satisfaction rate was 100%. Before treatment, bone mineral density of the control group was（-3.19±0.60）,after treatment was（-1.45±0.12）;the effective rate was 78.79%（52/66）,treatment satisfaction rate was 75.76%（50/66）.The bone mineral density,treatment effect and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were much better than the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Chinese and western medicine treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect. Western medicine through the operation method can restore fracture in a short time,and combine traditional Chinese medicine can significantly increase bone density,and fundamentally eliminate osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures,worthy of promotion.
