卫生列车适应性导尿护理技术的研究

目的探讨列车上适应性导尿护理技术。方法按照临床使用的导尿技术方法对操作者进行训练,操作者准确掌握之后,在开动的列车上进行操作,对操作的结果进行评价,找出操作中存在的问题,研究改进措施,包括物品配备方案。采用改进方法在开动的列车上操作并评价。结果临床导尿技术在列车上应用,操作完成时间长、质量差,与陆地相比差异有显著意义(P0.01);经过改进后的导尿技术在列车上实施,操作完成时间、质量与原方法比较,有明显的提高(P0.01),操作完成时间与陆地上临床方法比较也有缩短(P0.01),但在质量上有差距(P0.01)。结论在特定的救治环境应有相适应的导尿技术,改进后的导尿技术方法能较好地适应列车上的特殊要求,基本形成了列车导尿技术方案。

Study for the adaptive catheterization nursing techniques operated on health-care train

Objective To study effective ways of urethral catheterization nursing techniques operated on health-care train. Method Urethral catheterization were undertook and compared in the moving train by operators who had been trained according to clinical nursing technical operation standards,and after conducted the technique,some modified measures including goods equip scheme were put forwards and were practiced on the same moving train.Result Time of urethral catheterization operated on moving train is longer and quality is worse compared with that operated on land（P0.01）.After taking modified measures,the time is shorter and the quality is better compared with those unmodified measures（P0.01）;while compared with that operated on land,the time is shorter,but the quality is still worse（P0.01）.Conclusion Modified urethral catheterization suitable for emergency conditions should be developed.Through the study,the modified measures on urethral catheterization suitable for operating on moving train has been proposed,and a relative catheterization scheme has been developed.
