| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨髌骨粉碎性骨折的有效治疗方法。方法]选择60例患者随机分为A组（镍钛聚髌器）和B组（钢丝环扎）治疗，观察疗效。结果]镍钛-聚髌器组优级率为85．7％，钢丝环扎组优级率为71．4％，（P〈0．05）。结论]镍钛-聚髌器是治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的一种很好的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the effective cure method for the smash fracture of patella.Method]:Randomly divide 60 cases of the smash fracture patella into A Group(NiTai-JuBinQi)and B Group(Steel wire Round Tie),observe the clinical effect.Result]A Group the excellent rate was 85.7%,B Group the excellent rate was 71.4%,(P<0.05).Conclusion]:NiTai-JuBinQi Group was a very good method for curing the smash fracture of patella. |
