腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复小腿、足、踝软组织缺损39例

目的：探讨带腓肠神经营养血管蒂的逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复小腿、足踝部及足背软组织缺损的方法。方法：对39例小腿、足踝部及足背软组织缺损患者，采用带腓肠神经营养血管蒂岛状筋膜皮瓣逆行转位修复。皮瓣面积最大为13．0cm×8．0cm，最小为4．0cm×1．5cm。结果：本组39例术后皮瓣全部成活，术后经12～24个月随访，皮瓣外形、血运、质地、弹性佳，踝关节功能恢复良好。结论：腓肠神经营养血管蒂的逆行岛状皮瓣手术操作简单迅速，皮瓣切取简便，血供可靠，移植成活率高，供区损伤小，是小腿、足踝部软组织缺损的较好修复方法。

The reversed sural ueurovascular fascio cutaneous island flap for the reconstruction of lower-limb and ankle and soft tissue defects on dorsum of foot in 39 cases

Objective：To study the method of using reversed neurovascular island flap of the calf to reconstruct leg, ankle and soft tissue defect on dorsum of the foot. Methods：The flaps were used in 39 cases to repair the lower-limb,ankle, and the soft tissue defect on dorsum of foot. The maximum flap size is 13.0 cm×8.0 cm, the minimum flap size is 4.0 cm×1.5 cm. Results ：All flaps survived. All patients were followed-up 12 to 24 months after operation. The flaps have good ap- pearance, blood circulation, and flexbility. The function of ankles recover well. Conclusion：The flap operation is easy and fast,the flap is easy to cut and can provide reliable blood supply. The survial rate of transplant is high and the damage is small.This is a better way to repair lower-limb and soft tissue defect of ankle.
