| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健忘镇痛慢诱导用于颈椎前路手术的可行性和优势。方法将52例颈椎前路手术患者平均分为2组：A组行健忘镇痛慢诱导气管插管全麻,B组行快诱导气管插管全麻。分别记录患者气管插管过程中的呛咳反应、带气管插管患者耐管情况,随访患者术后对气管插管的印象。结果 A组和B组都顺利完成手术,A组患者插管不改变头位,在自身肌张力保护下插管,有效保护颈椎病变部位,且术后能很好耐受带管。B组插管时令专人保护颈椎,术后不能很好耐管,躁动19例,需用药耐管。结论健忘镇痛慢诱导气管插管全麻用于颈椎前路手术,在自身肌张力保护下插管,能有效保护颈椎病变部位,且术后能很好耐受气管插管。
