PAPP-A在子痫前期中的表达及变化意义

目的:探讨子痫前期患者PAPP-A表达的变化和意义。方法:检测58例子痫前期患者(子痫前期组)和46例健康妊娠妇女(对照组)血清PAPP-A水平,分析其与子痫前期的关系。结果:子痫前期组妊娠晚期血清PAPP-A水平显著高于对照组(中位数分别为83.74 mIU/ml,62.93 mIU/ml),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期组妊娠晚期血清PAPP-A水平显著高于轻度子痫前期组(中位数分别为93.37 mIU/ml,76.81 mIU/ml),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。子痫前期组妊娠中期血清PAPP-A水平显著高于对照组(中位数分别为56.82 mIUm/L,27.53 mIU/ml),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PAPP-A与子痫前期的发生、发展密切相关,动态监测其变化,对于子痫前期病情的判断和临床治疗有重要意义。

The expressions and changes of serum PAPP-A in preeclampsia patients

Objective To explore the expression and significance of PAPP-A.Methods The concentrations of PAPP-A in serum were determined in 58 women with preeclamsia and 46 normal pregnant women,to analysis the relation of them.Results The serum PAPP-A level was significantly higher in preeclampaia group than in control group（median：83.74 mIU/ml,62.93 mIU/ml,P0.05）.Serum level of PAPP-A in the third trimester was significantly higher in severe preeclampsia than in mild trimester（median：93.37 mIU/ml,76.81 mIU/ml,P0.05）.At the second trimester,serum level of PAPP-A was significantly higher in preeclampsia group than in control group（media：56.82 mIU/ ml,27.53 mIU/ml,P0.05）.Conclusion PAPP-A was closely related with preeclampsia.Determination of the change was of clinical diagnostic as well as prognostic value.
