| 摘 要： | 观察绿茶对注射致癌物AFB_1前(A组)、中(B组)、后(C组)3个不同时期的大鼠免疫功能的影响,结果发现,应用绿茶的3个实验组动物外周血白细胞移行抑制指数均低于对照组,其中A、B组与对照组相比,有显著差异;外周血中性白细胞吞噬率,3组均显著高于对照组,说明绿茶对AFB_1致大鼠肝癌时引起的免疫功能低下具有明显的保护作用,提示绿茶的防癌抑癌作用可能与其对免疫功能的保护有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | This paper reported on the study of the effects of green tea on the immunological functions of rats before(A group),during(B group)and after(C group)they were exposed to AFB_1.The authors found that the percentage of phagocytosis of polymorphonuclear leucocytes was significantly higher in all 3 green tea groups than that of the control group,and also the migratory inhibition index of leucocytes was lower in all tested groups than that of the control group,in which A and B groups were much more significant (P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively).These results indicate that green tea has some protective effect against immunoinsufficiency during AFB_1-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in rats,and suggest that cancer-prevention of the green tea may probably be mediated through its protective effects on the immune system. |
