试论卫生事业管理专业开设领导力课程的必要性

有效的领导力对卫生组织绩效至关重要。因此，国外很多高等院校设置有卫生事业领导力专业，或为卫生事业管理专业学生开设领导力课程。为完善卫生事业管理人才知识能力结构、培养和输送各级卫生组织所需人才、应对组织环境的变化、成功实施变革和实现卫生组织的可持续发展，我国高等院校卫生事业管理专业有必要开设领导力课程，从而弥补人才培养方案的缺失。

Discussion on the necessity of providing leadership course for health service management students

Effective leadership is crucial for health organizations＇ performance and numerous western universities thus offer leadership courses or modules to their students. However, such education practice has not started in China. In order to optimize knowledge and skills of health service manage- ment practitioners, to content with requirements of health service organizations, to cope with dynamic organization environment, to implement health reform successfully and to realized sustainable develop- ment of health organizations, it is necessary to provide leadership course for students of health service management at Chinese universities.
