| 摘 要： | 目的 ]了解趋化因子受体 5Δ32基因突变遗传多态性在延边朝鲜族人群中的分布情况 ,初步评估我国延边朝鲜族人群对人类免疫缺陷病毒 I感染的遗传易感性 .方法 ]用酚 /氯抽提法对 12 0名延边地区朝鲜族人群的基因组DNA进行了提取 ,然后采用聚合酶链反应方法对基因组DNA中的趋化因子受体 5Δ32基因突变进行了检测 .结果 ]在所观察的群体中没有趋化因子受体 5Δ32的存在 .结论 ]初步显示我国延边朝鲜族人群对人类免疫缺陷病毒具有较高的遗传易感性 ,以此为朝鲜族艾滋病的流行病学研究及预防和治疗提供重要的遗传信息 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To study the distribution of genetic polymorphism of the 32 basepair deletion mutation CCR5 gene and evaluate their gentic susceptibility to HIVⅠinfection in Koreans Chinese public of Yanbian.?METHODS?120 cases of genomic DNA were extracted by phenol/chloroform extracting and the 32 basepair deletion of CCR5 gene in genomic DNA were tested by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).?RESULTS?There was no the CCR5Δ32 genotype in observed 120 of in Koreans Chinese public of Yanbian.?CONCLUSION?The Koreans Chinese of Yanbian might have a high susceptibility to HIVⅠstrain, thus we can get same important gentic information on epidemiology, prevention and treatment in Koreans Chinese public of Yanbian. |
