| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃癌组织中P53蛋白、iNOS和VEGF的表达。方法：用免疫组化ABC法检测55例胃癌手术标本中P53蛋白、iNOS和VEGF的表达情况并观察其与临床病理特征的关系。结果：胃癌组织中P53蛋白阳性率为50.9%(28/55)，iNOS阳性率为43.6%(24/55)，VEGF阳性率为50.9%(28/55);P53蛋白阳性表达与胃癌组织的分化程度及TNM分期有关，iNOS阳性表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关，VEGF的阳性表达与胃癌的TNM分期有关。P53蛋白的表达与iNOS、VEGF表达呈正相关。结论：P53蛋白、iNOS和VEGF的表达与胃癌的演进有密切关系，P53蛋白可能参与了iNOS、VEGF的表达调控。 |

| Abstract: | Aim:To determine the expression of P53,inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in gastric carcinoma and its relation with the clinicopathology features.Methods:A total of 55 gastric carcinoma specimens were examined for their expression of P53,iNOS,and VEGF by immnohistochemical staining.Results:The positive rates of P53,iNOS,and VEGF were 50.9%,43.6%,and 50.9%,respectively.The positive expression of P53 was correlated with the degree of differentiation and TNM stages,the expression of iNOS was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages,and the expression of VEGF was correlated with TNM stages;the relationship between the expression of P53 and the expression of iNOS or the expression of VEGF was significantly positive.Conclusions:P53 protein may be involved in the regulation of the expression of iNOS and VEGF,and the positive expression of P53,iNOS,and VEGF were closely related to the progression of gastric carcinoma. |
