探讨健脾化痰加阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗塞并高血脂的疗效

目的：本院主要针对中医健脾化痰法加西药阿托伐他汀钙片口服治疗进行相应的分析。方法：主要针对2010~2012年到本院进行脑梗塞并高血脂的50例患者进行相应的分组治疗，随机抽取其中的25例患者，运用的治疗方法是健脾化痰加阿托伐他汀钙的治疗，将剩下的25例患者分到对照组，所运用的治疗方法是单纯性服用阿托伐他汀钙片的服用。两组患者的治疗周期均为8周．治疗后分别对患者的血清总胆固醇以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及甘油三酯的变化进行比较。结果：实验组的相应症状明显优于对照组的治疗效果。结论：运用健脾化痰配合阿托伐他汀钙可以更好的治疗脑梗塞并高血脂，所以值得推广应用。

Efficacy of the Jianpi Huatan method plus atorvastatin calcium on treating cerbral infarction and hyperlipemia

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the Jianpi Huatan method plus atorvastatin calcium on treating cerbral infarction with hyperlipemia. Methods： 50 patients collected from 2010 to 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, 25 in each group. The control group was given only atorvastatin calcium, while the treated group was given the Jianpi Huatan method more. After 8 weeks, the contents ofTC, HDL-C, LDL-C and TG in the serum in both groups were detected and compared. Results： The symptoms in the treated group was much better than those in the control group. Conclusion： The Jianpi Huatan method plus atorvastatin calcium had significant effect on treating cerbral infarction with hyperlipemia, worthy of a wide clinical application.
