复方双花气雾剂的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:探讨复方双花气雾剂的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用2次正次试验方法,以浸膏收率和有效成分麻黄碱为考察指标,对中药提取过程的药材粉碎度,加水量,煎煮时间,煎煮次数,乙醇的体积分数,沉淀时间,浓缩液的相对等进行了考察,并优选出最佳的提取工艺。结果:药材破碎以细粒为好,每次加水量12倍,煎煮3次1.5h,浓缩液相对密度为1.09-1.12;乙醇的体积分数为0.60;沉淀时间16h,结论:优选得到的工艺稳定,含量测定方法可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To study the optimal extract process of compound Shuanghua aerosol Methods: The amount of extract and the content of ephedrine hydrochloride were used as the detective markers to investigate the fragmentation degree of medicinal material, the amount of added water, time and number of times of stew medicine, the concentration and time of alcohol precipitation, the relative density of concentration liquid for the optimal extract process of compound Shuanghua aerosol by the method of the orthogonal test Results: The amount of extract and the content of ephedrine hydrochloride were the highest when the extract conditions were small granule of the medicinal material, 12 times of the added water amount, 1 5 h every time and 3 times of stew medicine, 16 h of 0 60 alcohol precipitation, 1 09~1 12 of relative density of concentration liquid Conchusion: The optimal extract process of compound Shuanghua aerosol has been established by the method of the orthogonal test
