复方双花气雾剂的提取工艺研究

目的：探讨复方双花气雾剂的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用2次正次试验方法，以浸膏收率和有效成分麻黄碱为考察指标，对中药提取过程的药材粉碎度，加水量，煎煮时间，煎煮次数，乙醇的体积分数，沉淀时间，浓缩液的相对等进行了考察，并优选出最佳的提取工艺。结果：药材破碎以细粒为好，每次加水量12倍，煎煮3次1.5h，浓缩液相对密度为1.09-1.12；乙醇的体积分数为0．60；沉淀时间16h，结论：优选得到的工艺稳定，含量测定方法可靠。
