两种不同工艺制阿莫西林钠含量稳定性考察

目的：考察喷干工艺与溶媒工艺制得的阿莫西林钠的稳定性。方法：本试验用高效液相色谱法测定两种工艺生产的阿莫西林钠的含量，并通过加速实验跟踪测定了阿莫西林钠随时间变化，其含量的变化情况，从而考察以下两种工艺制得的阿莫西林钠的稳定性。结论：溶媒工艺制得的阿莫西林钠的含量稳定性较好。

Study on the stability of Amoxicillin Sodium with two different processes

Objective:Test the stability of Amoxicillin sodium manufactured with spay-drying process and solvent-crystalline process.Method:The article uses HPLC method to detect the con- tent of the Amoxicillin sodium manufactured with above two processes.Then tracking to detect the changes of content along with above two processes.Then tracking to detect the changes of content along with the different time interval through accelerated experiment.We can compare the stability of Amoxicillin sodium under the above processes.Conclusion:the stability of Amoxicillin sodium manufactured with solvent-crystalline process is better.
