| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针灸治疗5.12地震后创伤后应激障碍的疗效。方法：将92例患者随机分为治疗组（针灸组）与对照组（帕罗西汀组）,两组各46例,疗程12周,分别于治疗前和治疗6周结束时及治疗12周结束时采用PTSD临床监测量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表进行评分。结果：研究显示治疗组（针灸组）对创伤后应激障碍患者临床症状的改善优于对照组（帕罗西汀组）,且起效更快;治疗组（针灸组）对创伤后应激障碍患者焦虑症状的缓解也明显优于对照组（帕罗西汀组）。虽然治疗组（针灸组）对患者抑郁症状的改善整体疗效与对照组（帕罗西汀组）相似,但起效更快。结论：针灸组治疗创伤后应激障碍优于帕罗西汀组。
