针刺对女性低度炎症型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效的观察

目的：观察针刺对女性低度炎症型慢性盆腔炎临床症状及炎性因子（C反应蛋白）的影响。方法：采取随机对照方法,选择符合纳入标准的70例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为针刺组与对照组（口服妇科千金片组）进行治疗,观察治疗前后临床疗效及C反应蛋白变化。结果：临床疗效方面,针刺组总有效率为91.43%,对照组的总有效率为74.29%,两组治疗效果的总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;C反应蛋白测定方面,两组组内C反应蛋白治疗后与治疗前相比,均具有显著差异,有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）;治疗后两组组间比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,针刺组临床疗效优于对照组。结论：针刺对于改善女性低度炎症型慢性盆腔炎临床症状及降低C反应蛋白值疗效确切。

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture on Chronic Pelvic Inflammation with Low Grade Inflammation Type

Objective： To observe the clinically therapeutic effect and inflammatory factor（ C reactive protein）of acupuncture on chronic pelvic inflammation with low grade inflammation type. Methods： 70 cases with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into an acupuncture group with 35 cases and an oral- taking Qianjin tablet group（ a control group） with 35 cases. Observe the clinically therapeutic effect and C reactive protein（ CRP） level before and after the treatment. Results： In the respect of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate was 91. 43% in the acupuncture group and 74. 29% in the control group with a significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The CRP level before and after treatment was significantly decreased in two groups（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）,and there was a significant difference between two groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical effect of acupuncture group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture has a definitely therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammation with low grade inflammation type and can better improve CRP level of the patients.
