中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性高血压临床观察

目的：观察中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性高血压临床疗效。方法：将120例原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组59例,对照组61例,两组在心内科治疗基础上,观察组同时给予中药穴位贴敷治疗24个月,比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、血压控制情况及超声心动图指标的变化。结果：观察组治疗后的血压与对照组相比下降明显（P〈0.05）。结论：中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性高血压有效、安全、经济,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Sticking Therapy for the Treatment of Primary Hypertension

Objective： To observe clinically curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy on primary hypertension. Methods： 120 primary hypertension patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 59 cases in the observation group and 61 cases in the control group.Based on the heart medicine treatment for both groups,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy for 24 months. Patients with clinical symptoms in two groups were observed,and blood pressure control,echocardiography index changes were also observed. Results： Compared with the control group,the blood pressure decreased more significantly after treatrment in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Chinese medicine acupoint sticking therapy for primary hypertension is effective,safe,economy and is worth promoting.
