电针对糖尿病周围神经病大鼠坐骨神经 Nrg1和 ErbB2表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨电针对链脲佐菌素诱导的大鼠糖尿病周围神经病( DPN)模型坐骨神经中神经调节蛋白1(Nrg1)和表皮生长因子受体2(ErbB2)表达的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、普通针刺组、电针组。链脲佐菌素腹腔注射制备实验DPN大鼠模型,造模后14天检测各组血糖及坐骨神经传导速度,实时荧光定量PCR检测坐骨神经Nrg1和ErbB2 mRNA表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组、电针组和普通针刺组血糖显著增高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,电针组和普通针刺组神经传导速度显著增高(P<0.01),坐骨神经Nrg1和ErbB2 mRNA表达显著上调(P<0.01),其中电针组治疗效果优于普通针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:电针可通过上调糖尿病周围神经病坐骨神经Nrg1和ErbB2 mRNA表达,促进施万细胞生存,改善糖尿病周围神经病坐骨神经功能。

Effects of Electroacupuncture on the Expression of Nrg1 and ErbB2 in the Sciatic Nerve in Rats with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture on the expression of Nrg1 and ErbB2 in the sciatic nerve of rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy ( DPN) .Methods:The rats were randomly divided into a normal group,a model group,a common acupuncture group and an electroacupuncture group.The rat mod-els with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were established by streptozotocin peritoneal injection method.14 days after modeling, the blood sugar and conduction velocity of sciatic nerve were measured,and the mRNA expres-sions of Nrg1 and ErbB2 in the sciatic nerve were detected by RT-PCR.Results:14 days after modeling,com-pared with the normal group, the blood sugar of model group, acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group was increased (P〈0.01).Compared with the model group, the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve was in-creased in common acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group ( P〈0.01 ) , and mRNA expressions of Nrg1 and ErbB2 in sciatic nerve were increased ( P〈0.01) .While it was improved more obviously in the elec-troacupuncture group than that in the common acupuncture group ( P〈0.05) .Conclusion:Electroacupuncture could promote the nerve functional recovery of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by elevating Nrg1 and ErbB2 in sciatic nerve, and promote Schwann cells survival.
