摘    要:目的:探讨电针配合COX-2抑制剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的疗效。方法:将180例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组( A组)、电针组( B组)、电针配合COX-2抑制剂组( C组),每组各60例。治疗前及治疗2周后,采用目测类比评分法( VAS)、中医病症诊断疗效标准分别对患者疼痛和临床疗效进行评定,并进行组间比较,对A、C组比较胃肠道不良反应。结果:止痛效果和临床疗效B、C组高于A组(P<0.05),C组高于B组(P<0.05),胃肠道不良反应C组低于A组。结论:电针配合COX-2抑制剂有较好的止痛效果。

Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Cox-2 Inhibitor on Pain of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture combined with Cox-2 inhibitor on the pain of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 180 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly di-vided into three groups.Group A was treated with loxoprofen;Group B receivced electroacupuncture and Group C was given electroacupuncture combined with loxoprofen.Patients were evaluated according to the severity pain and clinical effect before and after two weeks treatment by using visual analogscale( VAS) and clinical disease diagnosis standard of TCM,and patients were compared among three groups.At the same time,compare the gas-trointestinal adverse reaction between groups A and C.Results:The antalgic and clinical effects were both sig-nificantly higher in groups B and C than those in group A(P〈0.05),and it was higher in group C than that in group A(P〈0.05),but the gastrointestinal adverse reaction in group C was lower than that in group A.Con-clusion:Electroacupuncture combined with Cox-2 inhibitor has a better antalgic effect.
