| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺结合易筋经治疗青年失眠症的临床疗效。方法：60例青年失眠症患者随机分为3组，一组予针刺治疗，一组予易筋经治疗，一组予针刺结合易筋经治疗，通过PSQI评定量表进行分析，比较3种不同治疗方法的疗效差异。结果：经治疗后，3组患者的PSQI评定总得分及各因素得分均较治疗前改善，具有明显统计学意义（P＜0．05）；针刺结合易筋经组明显优于针刺组和易筋经组（P＜0.05），而后两组之间无明显差别（P＞0．05）。结论：针刺结合易筋经能有效治疗青年失眠症。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Yijinjing in the treatment of youth insomnia.Methods：Divide 60 cases of youth patients with insomnia randomly into a group with acu-puncture treatment, a group with Yijinjing treatment, and a group with acupuncture therapy combined with Yi-jinjing.PSQI rating scales were analyzed by comparing efficacy differences of three different treatment methods. Results：After treatment,the total score of PSQI in three groups of patients and each factor score were better im-proved than those before treatment, with a statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）; the group with acu-puncture combined with Yijinjing was better than other two groups（ P〈0.05）;the latter two groups had no sta-tistical significance（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Yijinjing is effective for treating youth insomnia. |
