通督调神针刺法治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床研究

目的：通过通督调神针刺法与帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症的随机对照研究,观察通督调神针刺法治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效和安全性。方法：将60例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。治疗组予以通督调神针刺法治疗;对照组予以帕罗西汀治疗。两组疗程均为6周。治疗前后采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）各评定1次,以评定疗效;治疗6周后,通过不良反应症状量表（TESS）评定不良反应情况。最后用HAMA减分率评定总体疗效,得出结论。结果：治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,两者无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。治疗结束时两组患者HAMA量表评分和SAS量表评分较治疗前均有明显下降（P〈0.05）,但组间比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）。治疗结束后组间TESS总分比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：通督调神针刺法治疗广泛性焦虑症与帕罗西汀疗效相似,均有较好的疗效,但在不良反应方面优于帕罗西汀。

Clinical Study of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture for the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture method for treatment of generalized anxiety disorder by random control study between the acupuncture treatment and paroxetin. Methods： 60 cases of generalized anxiety disorder patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were given the treatment of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture method and the patients in the control group were given paroxetin. After 6 weeks treatment,the therapeutic effects were compared by determining the HAMA and SAS scales before and after treatment. The side- effects were also determined by examining the TESS at the end of 6 weeks. The results were derived by using the Hamilton depression rating scale. Results： The total effective rate was 83. 33% in the treatment group; the total effective rate was 80. 00% in the control group; there was no significant difference between two groups in the total effective rate（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,HAMA and SAS showed a significant difference in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,but the significant difference between two groups was not observed（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment there was a significant difference of TESS between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Compared with paroxetin,the method of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture has an equivalent effect on generalized anxiety disorder,and both of the methods have a remarkably curative effect,but Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture therapy achieves a much better efficacy on reducing the adverse reaction.
