经颅重复针刺技术治疗面肌痉挛的临床研究

目的：观察经颅重复针刺技术治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合纳入标准的面肌痉挛患者，按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组（经颅重复针刺技术结合针刺）和对照组（针刺），每组30例。两组疗程均为4周共28天，每周治疗6天，休息1天。基于Cohen Albert分级对面肌痉挛强度改善评定和临床疗效评定进行对照分析。结果：治疗组和对照组疗后面肌痉挛强度分级及临床疗效评定均有改善，但治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：运用经颅重复针刺技术治疗面肌痉挛疗效显著。

Transcranial Repeated Acupuncture Technique in the Treatment of Hemifacial Spasm

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial acupuncture technique on hemifa-cial spasm.Methods：60 patients with hemifacial spasm met the inclusion criteria and according to visiting se-quence they were randomly divided into a treatment group （ repeated transcranial technique combined with acu-puncture） and a control group （ acupuncture） ,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment lasted four weeks to-tally for 28 days, treatment for six days in a week, rest one day.Improvment of the clinical assessment of the efficacy based on Cohen Albert was analyzed.Results：After the treatment,in both groups the muscle spasm in-tensity grading and clinical assessment of efficacy were improved, but the treatment group was more significant than the control group （ P＆lt;0.05 ） .Conclusion：Transcranial repeated acupuncture treatment for hemifacial spasm has a significant effect.
