| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨束针疗法治疗顽固性面瘫的疗效。方法：将80例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组各40例。治疗组采用束针疗法加传统针刺治疗；对照组采用传统针刺治疗。治疗后比较疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95％，对照组总有效率为85％，治疗组优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。且治疗组疗程短，见效快。结论：束针疗法治疗顽固性面瘫疗效明显优于传统针刺。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the curative effect of bunched needles therapy on refractory prosopoplegia. Methods：80 patients with refractory prosopoplegia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Each group contained 40 patients.The control group adopted traditional acupuncture therapy, while bunched needles combined with traditional acupuncture therapy was applied in the treatment group.Results：The effective rates of two groups were respectively 95%in the treatment group and 85%in the control group. The new method had the advantage for short course of treatment and a good therapeutic effect.Conclusion：The bunched needles therapy is superior to the simply traditional acupuncture therapy. |
