针灸治疗面神经炎急性期疗效观察及2年随访

目的：研究针灸治疗面神经炎急性期的疗效及针灸与面肌痉挛的关系。方法：624例面神经炎急性期患者随机分为西药组和针灸组,两组各312例。西药组予西药常规治疗,针灸组予针灸治疗,均治疗4周。治疗前后观测患者临床症状和体征及评定House-Brac Kman分级。治疗结束后2年内每2月电话随访1次,询问是否发生面肌痉挛。结果：针灸组愈显率74.8%高于西药组的51.8%（P〈0.01）。针灸组2年内发生面肌痉挛6例,西药组发生面肌痉挛5例,两组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：急性期针灸介入治疗面神经炎可明显提高疗效,且不会导致面肌痉挛发生。

Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Facial Paralysis at Acute Period and Follow-up of Two Years

Objective： To study the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on facial paralysis at acute period and the relationship between acupuncture and prosopospasm. Methods： 624 cases of facial paralysis with acute stage were randomly divided into a western medicine group and an acupuncture group,with 312 cases in each group. The western medicine group was with conventional western medical treatment,and the acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture,continuously for 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients were observed before and after the treatment and evaluate the House- Brac Kman grading. After the treatment,all the patients received follow- up bimonthly for the prosopospasm issues in two years. Results： The effective rate of acupuncture group（ 74. 8%） was obviously higher than that of 51. 8% in the western medicine group（ P〈0. 01）. It was 6 cases with prosopospasm in acupuncture group while it was 5 cases in western medicine group within 2 years. but there were no differences between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： In acute period for facial paralysis,using the acupuncture as the treatment can obviously improve the therapeutic efficacy,and it will not lead to prosopospasm.
