| Abstract: | Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is an aggressive lymphoma requiring intensive chemotherapy ± autologous stem cell transplantation (SCT) to achieve optimal rates of progression-free survival. Here we review the treatment options for patients with newly-diagnosed or relapsed MCL and discuss recent advances in management, including the role of autologous and allogeneic SCT. |
