| 摘 要： | 报告26例脑生殖细胞瘤,儿童及青壮年各13例,男18例,女8例.鞍区及松果体区各11例,丘脑和基底节各2例。鞍区患者均有尿崩症。肿瘤切除23例,活检+放疗3例。手术后1个月内死亡1例,获得随访18例,15例存活,3例死亡。文中对诊断和治疗作了扼要讨论。

| Abstract: | 26 patients with germinoma wore reported.18 were male and 8 female and their age ranged from 6 to 38 years old.Of these 13 were children.The lesions were on suprasellar in 11,pineal region in 11,thalamus Jn 2,ganglion basal in 2 cases.Diabetes insipidus occured in all patients with suprasellar germinoma.Radiotherapy was carried out in 21 patients after operative treatment and in 3 cases after biopsy.In the follow-up of 18 patients,3 have been dead and 15 survived.It is briefly discussed on the diagnosis and treatment of germinoma. |
