| 摘 要： | 目的：探索SD锁式精密附着体义齿修复牙列末端游离缺损的适应症及临床疗效.方法：采用SD锁式附着体作为义齿固位装置,修复16例单侧多个后牙游离端缺失,随访3～12个月,从咀嚼效能、美观满意度、舒适度和稳固性等方面进行临床观察.结果：SD锁式精密附着体与正常牙列咀嚼效能比较无统计学意义,p＞0.05,98%患者对义齿稳固性、咀嚼功能、美观舒适性感到满意.未发现基牙松动及游离牙槽嵴骨质吸收现象.结论：SD锁式附着体适应用于基牙稳固的末端游离缺失病例的修复.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of clinical application of SD universal attachment at distal-extended teeth missing cases. Method:16 persons who were from twenty to sixty years old with distal-extended tooth missing were collected in. and SD attachment were made,using the SPSS(Statistics Package for Social Science)11.0 computer package. Result:It was found that 98% cases felt fine retention and masticator function and esthetic comfortable. Conclusion:The restorative effect in SD universal attachment denture was better than that with traditional removable denture at distal-extended teeth missing. |
