102例急性淋病尿道炎的诊断与治疗

本文报告了102例急性淋病性尿道炎的诊断、治疗和预防。男90例、女12例。年龄6—53岁,其中20—30岁者61例、31—40岁者32例、41—50岁者6例,51岁以上1例、19岁以下2例。本组96例有不洁性交史,4对为夫妻感染。发病潜伏期2—8天。确诊以分泌物涂片查到革兰氏阴性双球菌为诊断依据。治疗以青霉素注射液为主,并辅以百炎净。对上述药物过敏者可用庆大霉素,红霉素或黄连素。文章阐述了淋病预防措施的重要性。

THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF 102 CASES OF ACUTE GONORRHEAL URETHRITIS

This article reports 102 cases of acute gonorrheal urethritis. 90 malecases, 12 female cases. These patients range from 6--53 in age. 61among them are from 20--30, 32 cases from 31--40, 6 from 41--50, 1case above 51, 2 less than 19. In this group 96 cases had the historyof contaminated intercourse, 4 couples were infected by their spouse.The latent period was 2--8 days. The establishment of diagnosis wasaccording to the positive findings of Gram's negative diplococci onthe secretion smear. The treatment is injection of penicillin in major,accompanied with the BAIYANJING. The patients who were allergicto the above drugs were treated with gentamycin, erythromycin orHUANGLIANSU. Besides, the importance of the prophylactic methodsare also demonstrated.
