口服二甲基硅油提高超声对胰腺假性囊肿检出率的探讨

目的探讨口服二甲基硅油对胰腺假性囊肿的超声诊断价值。方法在空腹状态下，口服二甲基硅油20ml，待15min后饮水300～400ml，施行超声检查，观察胰腺形态、假性囊肿部位、大小及回声特征，随后对服药及未服药者行超声检查判断结果，其后将超声结果与手术后病理检查进行对照分析。结果71例病理诊断胰腺假性囊肿，口服二甲基硅油超声检出率为97．2％（69／71），未服药超声检出率88．7（63／71）。结论对胰腺假性囊肿，经服二甲基硅油后，再行超声检查，能明显地提高胰腺假性囊肿的检出率，且方法简便，无创、无痛、可靠，值得推广应用。

Oral Dimethyl Silicon Oil-enhanced Ultrasound for the Detection of Pancreatic Pseudocyst

Objective To investigate the ultrasound diagnostic value of oral dimethy1 silicon oi1(DSO)for the diagnosis of pancrcatic pscudocyst(PP).Methods Patients in fast comdition took 20 ml of Dso,then 300-400 ml of water 15 minutes later.Ultrsound was performed before and after oral DSO administration.The morphology,position,size and echoic characteristics were observed on sonography.The results wete compared with the surgical pathology.Results In 71 patients proved to have PP by surgical pathology,the detection rate was 88.7%(63/71) before vs 97.2%(69/71) after oral DSO.The differenee was significant.Conclusions Oral DSO can demonstrate clear images for diagnosis and it is a simple,convenient,noninvasive,painless and reliable method for wide clinical application.
