| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同溶媒煎煮的生化汤中阿魏酸含量的变化。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法进行测定。结果不同溶媒煎煮对阿魏酸的溶出率有影响(P<0.01),其中以用黄酒、童便各半煎煮,阿魏酸煎出量最高。结论生化汤的传统煎煮方法具有合理性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the contents of ferulic acid in Shenghuatang decocted in different solvent.Methods The con- tents of ferulic acid were determined by RP-HPLC.Results Decocting in different solvent had influence on the contents of ferulic acid and the contents were the highest in Shenghuatang decoeted in solvent containing half millet wine and half childish urine. Conclusion The traditional method of decoeting herbs is reasonable. |
