| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期切开复位"T"型钢板内固定治疗Barton骨折的临床效果.方法对22例Barton骨折(其中掌侧型20例,背侧型2例),均采用切开复位"T"型钢板内固定.术后早期功能锻炼治疗.结果平均住院14天,术后随访6～24个月,骨折全部愈合,腕关节功能按Kienst功能评分标准1].评分:优:17例;良:4例;可:1例.优良率95.4%,无一例并发症.结论早期切开复位"T"型钢板内固定治疗Barton骨折,功能恢复良好,减少并发症,临床值得推广.
