患儿头皮静脉留置针固定方法的改进与应用

目的为了使患儿头皮静脉留置针保留时间延长,减少穿刺次数,减轻患儿痛苦,使护理人员有更多的时间加强输液巡视,观察病情。方法将我科收治的270例新生儿及婴儿分成两组,分别用常规方法和使用皮肤外伤固定用弹力网套固定头皮静脉留置针,并进行两种固定方法的比较。结果加用弹力网套固定头皮静脉留置针组的保留时间延长。结论新的固定方法减少了反复穿刺对患儿头皮的损伤,保护了备用静脉,有较好的实用价值。

Application of the new fixation method for scalp intravenous indwelling needle in children patients

Objective To determine if the new fixation method can lengthen the indwelling time of scalp intravenous needle,reduce the times of venipuncture,relieve pain and economize more time for the nurses to observe patients.Methods 270 cases were devided into two groups,and routine method and the flexible net were used to fix the scalp intravenous needle in the two groups respectively.Results The new fixation method lengthened the indwelling time of scalp intravenous needle.Conclusion The new fixation method could reduce the injury due to repeated venipuncture,protect the veins,which was proved to be practical and valuable.
