黄元御“圆圈理论”探析

黄元御学术理论核心是“圆圈理论”，对后世影响甚大。圆圈理论认为中气是人体之气的一部分，是中焦脾胃所主之气，在人体气机升降出入过程中具有举足轻重的作用。中焦化生中气，中气斡旋，化生木火金水，称作“四象”；四象相互转换、变化，生生不息，骤然形成一种圆周，称之为“圆圈”，在这一“圆圈”中，化生五脏六腑、精神气血及五味五情，皆是一气周流变化所致，只有中气充盛，四气和谐、条畅，人体的气机循环方有条不紊，而身体健康无病。治疗上倡导扶阳抑阴，用药灵巧，疗效确切，因此，有必要对这一理论进行临床探索，以启迪中医学者。
