吡喹酮中间体N-苯乙基氯乙酰胺的合成工艺改进

摘    要:目的改进吡喹酮中间体N-苯乙基氯乙酰胺的合成工艺,减少二次和多次缩合副产物。方法改进加料方式,将滴加氯乙酰氯改进为滴加β-苯乙胺。结果及结论副产物大幅降低,目标产物含量98.67%,收率94.01%。

Abstract:Objective To improve the synthetic method of intermediate of praziquantel. Methods Change the feeding material sequence. Results and Conclusion The new synthetic method can steady the yield at 94% ,which was 13% high- er than reported in the literature.
