耳穴埋豆联合天麻钩藤饮治疗中风后眩晕的疗效观察

目的]探讨耳穴埋豆联合天麻钩藤饮治疗中风后患者眩晕的疗效。方法]选取浙江中医药大学附属温州中西医结合医院中风后眩晕患者60例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组30例，其中对照组给予西医常规基础治疗，治疗组在西医常规基础治疗上同时予耳穴埋豆联合天麻钩藤饮治疗，两组疗程均为1周。1周后比较治疗后两组患者的临床疗效。结果]治疗组总有效率为86.6%，对照组为63.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）；治疗组愈显率66.6%，对照组33.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论]西医常规基础治疗上同时予耳穴埋豆联合天麻钩藤饮对治疗患者中风后眩晕疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Effect of Tianma Gouteng Yin Combined with Auricular Point Sticking in Treating Patients with Apoplectic Vertigo

Objective] To observe the curative effect of Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with auricular point sticking in treating patients with apoplectic verti-go. Methods] Sixty cases of apoplectic vertigo were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given basic therapy, the treatment group treat-ed in the foundation to add with Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with auricular point sticking ,and they were treated for one week. After treatment, compare the efficacy. Results] After a week,effective rate of the treatment group was 86.6%,which of the control group was 63.3%, the difference was statistical y sig-nificant（P＆lt;0.05）. Markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 66.6%, which of the control group was 33.3%, the difference was statistical y signifi-cant（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion] Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with auricular point sticking shows effective in treating patients with apoplectic vertigo, and it is worth applying.
