| 摘 要： | 目的：观察蝮蛇抗栓酶与扩血管药合用治疗突发性聋的临床疗效．方法：８９例患者用大剂量蝮蛇抗栓酶与扩血管药合用为治疗组．对照组１１３例仅用扩血管药治疗．结果：治疗组的痊愈率为３６．６％，有效率为７６．２％；对照组痊愈率为２９．３％，有效率为６９．９％．两组比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），但治疗组治疗前病程（平均４１．６ｄ）较对照组（平均１０．６ｄ）长．结论：大剂量蝮蛇抗栓酶与扩血管药联合治疗突聋疗效肯定，尤其对病程较长突聋患者的治疗提供一可供选择的有效疗法．

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the therapelltic effect of thecombination of snake venom antithrombus enzyme (Svate )and vasodllator on sudden deafness. METHODS: Eighty--ninepatients. as the treated group. were treated with both Svateand vasodllator. while 113 patients, as the controls. weretreated only with vasodilator. RESULTS: The cure rate andaffection rate were 36. 6 % and 76. 2% in trealed group, and29. 3 % and 69. 9% in control group. respectively. The difference was not significant (P>0. 05 ). But the duration of illness before treatment (means, 4 1.6 d ) was more longer inthe treated group than the control group (means. 10. 6 d ).CONCLUSION: The efficiency of the combillation of largedoses Svate and vasodilator in sudden deafness is certain, especially for the cases of longer duration . It is one of a effective method that may be selected. |
