两种放置开启棉签方法的对比研究

目的 研究开口棉签最佳放置方法。 方法 采样两种方法放置开口棉签。传统平放法(A组),将开口棉签平放于输液盘、治疗盘中,正常抽取使用;垂直放入法(B组),将棉签开口向上垂直插入小容器中,用时从底部顶出的方式抽取。2组共同采样进行微生物检测。 结果 A组检测合格率为88.75%,B组检测合格率为98.75%,B组检测合格率高于A组(χ²=6.827,P＜0.01)。 结论 开口棉签采用垂直插入放置法优于传统平放法,可减少棉签污染机会,降低院内感染的发生。

Comparative study of two placed methods of unpacked cotton swabs

Objective To study the proper placed method of unpacked cotton swabs. Methods Two placed methods of unpacked cotton swabs were compared. The unpacked cotton swabs were laid on medical tray in group A, and they were placed vertically into the small container with the cut upward in group B. Microbial detection was used in 2 groups. Results The qualified rate in group A was 88.75% ,and 98.75% in group B. The qualified rate in group B was higher than that in group A （X2 =6. 827, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The unpacked cotton swabs placed vertically into the small container can reduce pollution opportunities and the incidence of nosocomial infections.
