无张力疝修补术后下床活动时间的研究

目的 探讨无张力疝修补术后患者最适宜的下床活动时间。 方法 将无张力疝修补术后患者随机分为4个小组,每组各40例。A组为术后6h下床活动,B组为术后12h下床活动,C组为术后24h下床活动,D组为术后48h下床活动,分别观察术后切口疼痛、切口出血、切口感染、便秘、尿潴留的发生率及疝复发率。 结果 对4组患者术后切口疼痛、切口出血、切口感染及疝复发率差异无统计学意义,但便秘和尿潴留发生率比较,C组、D组高于A组、B组。 结论 无张力疝修补术后患者最适宜的下床活动时间为术后6h。

Study of ambulation time after tension-free hernia repair

Objective To study the most appropriate postoperative ambulation time after tension-free hernia repair. Methods Patients after tension-free hernia repair were randomly divided into four groups, 40 cases in each group. Patients in group A got out of bed at 6 hours after surgeries, patients in group B at 12 hours after surgeries, patients in group 12 at 24 hours, patients in group D at 48 hours after surgeries. Postoperative incisional pain, wound bleeding, wound infection, constipation, urinary retention and hernia recurrence rate in 4 groups were observed. Results The incidence of incision pain, wound bleeding, wound infection and hernia recurrence rate in four groups had not statistically significant difference; the incidence of constipation and urinary retention in group C and D were higher than that in group A and B. Conclusion The most appropriate postoperative ambulation time after tension-free hernia repair was 6 hours after operation.
