上海市虹桥街道社区卫生服务站工作现状分析

目的分析社区卫生服务站现状及存在的问题,为进一步做好社区卫生服务工作提供依据。方法以问卷方式,在社区卫生服务站对社区居民开展慢性病防治知识知晓率、健康档案建档率、社区卫生服务利用情况、健康理念等问题的调查。结果居民慢性病防治知识知晓率较低,健康档案建档率75%,社区卫生服务站总体利用率不高。结论社区卫生服务工作的宣传力度、服务水平、社区卫生资源利用率有待提高。

Analysis on Performance of Community Health Service Center at Hongqiao Subdistrict in Shanghai

Objective Analyzing the performance and problems of community health service center in order to provide the basis for better work of community health service. Methods Investigating the rate of knowing how to prevent chronic disease, collection of health files, utilizing community health service and health idea at the community health service center by questionnaire. Results The rate of residents’ knowing how to prevent chronic disease was lower; the rate of collection of health files was 75%; the rate of overall utilizing of community health service was not high. Conclusion The level of publicizing, serving and utilizing community health resources at community health service center should be raised further.
