| 摘 要： | 目的：了解小金县居民食用盐中碘的含量，为消灭碘缺乏病提供依据。方法：按照国家标准溴氧化法进行。结果：全县居民食用的碘盐浓度偏低，合格率仅为47.7％，低于国家规定的大于90％的要求。结论：应加强碘盐的销售管理，防止非碘盐、劣质盐进入流通渠道，加大鼓励食用碘盐的宣传力度，防止碘缺乏病的发生和漫延。
