| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CD44v5在乳腺良恶性疾病中的表达情况及其在维吾尔族(维族)和汉族之间可能存在的表达差异。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测了汉族患者的乳腺纤维腺瘤、小叶增生和维族及汉族的乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)3种病变中CD44v5表达情况。结果CD44v5表达率在乳腺良恶性疾病之间无统计学意义(P>0.05);IDC淋巴结转移组CD44v5表达率低于无转移组(P<0.05);在维汉族之间IDC中无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CD44v5可能对乳腺IDC的淋巴结转移有抑制作用,其表达在维汉族之间无统计学意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression status of CD44v5 in benign and malignant breast diseases and the difference between Uigur people and Han people.Methods The expression of CD44v5 was detected by immunohistochemical(IHC) staining S-P method in breast lobular hyperplasia,fibroadenoma and invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC) from Uigur and Han.Results The CD44v5 positive rate of benign disease and IDC showed no difference significantly(P>0.05);in IDC,the positive rate of metastasis was lower than that of non-metastasis(P<0.05);there was no difference(P<0.05) between Uigur and Han.Conclusions CD44v5 may restrain lymph node metastasis of IDC;the expression of CD44v5 between Uigur people and Han pepole had no difference. |
